Unable to access my vault contents for over two weeks now, engineers “investigating”. Had to swap to another provider as there doesn’t seem to be a great deal of urgency. Paying subscriber too, really disappointed.Can log in fine but because of a bug, I’m assuming over 200 credentials and OTP codes are gone. I did a backup, that didn’t work either.
