I paid a premium for guaranteed delivery by 8 January for my business supplies, but it is now 13 January and the order still hasn't arrived.When I contacted support to request a refund for the express shipping fee (as the guaranteed service was clearly not provided), I was ignored and sent automated, generic replies telling me to "just check the tracking."As a business owner, I rely on these dates to service my clients. It is unprofessional to sell a guaranteed delivery service and then refuse to take responsibility when those dates are missed.
