I ordered business card. The cards were shipped but carrier missed them. Carrier gave me a reference number which I shared with Bizay. Carrier even agreed to compensate the loss, but Bizay did not verify that and simply relied on carrier's delivery link which showed the delivery was done in a wrong city. Bizay did not even bother to check the city of delivery. This is either ignorance or fraud. I either need my company's money back or my order shipped again. Bizay will not lose anything as the carrier will compensate that, so I'm not sure why they pushed back. Case registery number CASE-04344601. TNT case number: C-230297715
