I placed 2 order three weeks ago through their subsidiary 360online print and received one ten days later. Quality was ok. The second order which was placed at the same time as yet to arrive. Their order status says still in production but it also says it has a USPS tracking number and has been waiting to be picked up for shipment for two weeks.Their customer service is awful, their chat bot only gives ingormation you can already see Nd they have no other contact info available on their sight to email anyone with questions or concerns. I have purchased many promotion items and other purchases online over the years and this is by far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.I would recommend anyone considering doing business with Bizay or 360online print stay far far away from this lousy company. There Re dozens of other online companies specializing in what they do. To bizay and 360online print, this is no way to run a business.
