This has been one of the most painful customer service experiences I've ever had. I had my order sent in two packages. The first one arrived, while the second never did (it's been over 2 weeks) - it's stuck in delivery limbo somewhere. I've contacted their roundabout customer service at least 3 times, contacted the shipping carrier myself and nobody is supporting. I have been ghosted at this point and there is no way to get a refund. Steer clear, folks - it's a scam.
