ATTENTION! This business is called BIZAY and now they operate as 360onlineprint by using domains from the UK, Canada and the US. If you live outside of the EU expect to pay additional custom duties if you order anything from these websites.I had difficult time communicating with them .First time I order 2 roll-up banners on block out material. The print quality was fine but the light was shining through the material so I had to ask for a reprint. Another issue was the fact that one of the two graphics was longer, despite the fact that I had sent two graphics that were identical in size.To correct the mistake I ordered a reprint of the roll up banners again on blockout material (extra cost) and they sent me the prints again on regular material that allows the light to pass through.Another surprise was the customs duties invoice which came in the mail a month later. This was unexpected as I assumed this is company was based in Canada. However they are actually based in Portugal. Not recommend, save your time and money.
