Can not even input the correct address to the Courrier

They sent my package to a totally Wrong address according to TNT/FedDex (order 4011599). I have been trying to contact them, but unsuccessfully. You can only contact them through their online form and they reply with pre-made answers and not addressing your problem at all.I have now lost nearly $200.It is highly concerning to see a company like this not being able to copy/paste the address correctly. Customer service after sale is 0/10
