I left a review for Lilia a few days ago that was completely wrong. What I thought was a incorrect or made up response to my query she gave me was actually correct when she answered me. It was a case of my ignorance. So if possible I would like to formerly withdraw that review and replace it with this. I've got to admit, deposit $300 over 2 days and not a single feature to show, not the first time this has happened either. Yeah maybe $0.48c wins here and there but nothing special. I proved this was false and explained I had no access to support, which forced me to open another account.Once that excuse failed, they suddenly changed their story and claimed my winnings were from bonus money, not real funds. This is simply not true. I deposited real money and my screenshots clearly show real balance only, no bonus active.It’s very concerning how the reason changes every time one claim is disproven.Unfortunately, it feels like when a player wins big, they do everything possible to avoid paying.Be very careful before playing here.
