WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!I purchased their 'SharpTrader' platform a month ago, it was very expensive ($6800 AUD) and in the 3 weeks I had it running on the brokers they suggested it LOST me $158.Boris and James both LIED to me, and the 'extensive tutorials' they claimed to have on the product consisted of a near empty 'SharpTrader Wiki' and ONE short video.... what a joke.Everytime I asked them how I could make changes to the software they told me they would have to do it for me.... For a $6800 purchase I would think I could learn about the operation of the product for myself, but no... I offered to PAY them to do an online zoom call with me and explain the product to me, they refused.When the product was losing money and no instructions were forwarded to me I asked James to get BJF's CEO (Boris) to contact me, James said he was unavailable. I told james I wanted a full refund, he ignored me.The next week I DEMANDED that Boris contact me and I supplied my phone number asking that he call me... he refused. The best he could do he said was log into my VPS and check the settings for me... no product explanation would be supplied to me. For such a premium purchase ($6800) I expected a premium service from BJF, but I was very disappointed. They were disorganised and flat out lied to me.I sent an email to the CEO (Boris) stating that I was supplied no 'extensive instructions' as they had promised, and that their 'flagship' product was LOSING me money and therefore I wanted a full refund.He refused.So I opened a payment 'dispute' with Paypal... and it took only 4 days for Paypal to refund me all my money!! (this was because they were well aware of BJF's bad reputation with previous customers). So I was very lucky and got my $6800 back!!Both James and Boris LIED to me. Their product is absolute garbage and EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY. (But if you DO purchase from them, be sure to pay via PAYPAL so you can get your money back when you learn the truth).BJF Trading Group are LIARS, they will eagerly take your money and then ignore your requests for tutorials and assistance. BEWARE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
