I tried to send a complaint in the order form don’t know if they received it. So, I sent a message to them directly on facebook. The order date was today 5-26-23 being I couldn't enter in the space provided. The time ordered was approximately 7:14p.m. and delivered at 8:45p.m. The order # on the ticket is 280 describing what I ordered over the internet.The issue I reported was concerning the Strawberry Lemonade. Poorly packaged or handled. The seal wasn't broken because the cap wasn't put on securely. Anyone could open or put something into the container. I reported this to dashdoor. Showing no concern regarding the container after I informed you of the issue is disgusting. The least you could do is apologize. Apparently, you don't care about me as a customer. "UNDERSTOOD" whether you need my money are not, NO MORE ORDERS for B.J.'s. They replied thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately we are unable to provide compensation for this request.
