The experience was good because no time was wasted. We were asked criteria, they stuck to that criteria and showed us rental properties based on that. It was also a huge time saver for us to have them do the research and coordinator between all the different rental agencies to identify properties versus us spending time and talking to several people at a time. Also was good to have them involved till the process of signing of the lease to ensure that part went smoothly too.
