Worst delivery company (Aramex). When using BBP's checkout to make an order the form specifically provides and optional Order notes section to provide for notes about your order, e.g. special notes for delivery. They state the message 'Do we have Authority to leave the parcel if the receiver is not available? If, so please leave instructions in the order notes. Please note, we can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged goods if you give us an authority to leave the parcel. Thank you.'I specifically stated 'I DO NOT' want the delivery to be made if we are not home. Despite this Aramex dropped the parcel in front of my home with no attempt whatsover to knock the door or gain our attention. I was in the back garden and unaware they had delivered the item. Fortunately I did receive an email notification to advise the parcel had been delivered... and was able to quickly go outside and retrieve the parcel before it was stolen (it was in full view of the street and any passing people). This is not the first time I have experienced this type of shoddy service from Aramex. I see similar complaints on Trustpilot from other customers ordering via BBP. I have previously had Aramex take almost two weeks to deliver an item their own tracking system stated was in a nearby town only 45 minutes away (with constant notifications stating the order would be delivered within the next 24 hrs).Make your own choice but I believe companies provide online shopping live and die by their choice of couriers and the end user experience. For this reason alone I give a 1-Star review.
