Contacted the company and Ben responded straight away and a replacement was sent out immediately. 5 star customer service. Huge thanks to Rhiannon, the customer service manager for dealing with issue so efficiently and making sure that the issue was resolved without any fuss. The replacement was delivery within a couple of days and was perfect. Really thrilled with it. It is a present and I’m sure the recipient will be over the moon with the frog in their garden.
