First, I should have looked at these reviews before even ordering from this site as there were too many red flags with dealing with this business. I will always read the reviews 1st before ordering anything else ever again!! I told them already that I was going to give them a not so favorable review. My first issue was with the transaction process itself...it was kinda confusing & I was actually charged twice & 1 charge was higher for the exact same items because somehow I purchased the same items twice. After several emails..I was finally refunded my money for the higher charge...but opted to keep the other 1. Next...it took so long to receive my pkg, that I actually forgot about it & had to reach back out to them to because I thought about it & realized I hadn't received it yet. My order was placed on Jan 22nd & the money was deducted from my account very quickly but there was a delay in delivery as I just received it today. There was some confusion regarding that as well as they told me my pkg had arrived today, but there wasn't any emails beforehand letting me know that hence the reason why I reached out. I basically had to threaten them before they actually investigated it & emailed back with that information. I should've had to reach out to them...I should have been kept in the loop with the process from the moment it was shipped out & arrived at my door. The tracking link that they use to track your delivery status isn't even on the confirmation email you receive when it's "supposedly" had already been shipped out so how are you supposed to track it without that link? Upon looking at the pkg it came in, the sender's name (Lucky) & the address looked suspicious as it didn't have a city/state/zip code with it, only a number & a street name...so unsure of where it was actually shipped from. Next...the sweatshirt that I ordered did not look like the item in the pic on the site. It was similar but not exact. The words were not in order & not lined up as to where you can read & understand what it is actually suppose to say. Some of the letters are actually sown into the shirt itself & the whole phrase isn't even fully shown on the shirt as it shown on the site pic. I had to attach different pics of it as examples. The material is ok...I wouldn't say cheap looking but it doesn't look like the sweater like material on the site pic & for the price it should be a little thicker. It's the same material as a hoodie tank top that I purchased for $22. No way, that should have been higher than that 1 & they are made with the same exact material with phrases on both. I'm keeping the tank top as it actually looks like the pic on the site & it fits decently. But...I will be sending the 1 with the misprints back for a full refund & will never shop with them again!! They give actual reputable black owned businesses a bad reputation.
