I have no issue with the BLK GLD indicator. It wasn't for me. I did not find it successful. But that is me. Others may have a great experience with it. My issue is with their customer service. Signing up for the monthly fee for the indicator was pretty easy. Cancelling was near impossible. There is no way to do this on their site. I emailed all the contacts I had at their company with 0 response. I finally got into their chat and requested the cancel explaining why I wanted out. They replied asking why I wanted out, which I already told them. I contacted the host of their website and they were very responsive and are helping me now.
