I have ordered parts from them on 3 occasion and will never deal with them again.Each time it took over 3 weeks to ship them (not the transportation, just the preparation) and you have to email them. Otherwise it doesn't happen.Second, they usually make mistakes on the paperwork, generated large financial losses at the custom. I am not talking of paying your normal import taxes. They put wrong code, forget papers, etc, which on my last order costed me 64% of import taxes.Finally, once you email them to ask for the paperwork for example, nobody ever answer.Overall, japanparts has been so much better, on price, paperwork, and communication.Blackhawk, please let real customer friendly business take over.
