I have had an incredibly frustrating experience. I have been intermittently playing at this platform since 2022 and making deposits. After a break of about seven months, I logged in to find that I had earned player rewards from my previous deposits and gameplay. I played with these rewards and won $750.00. I noticed there was a playthrough requirement, which I completed, eventually winning $1,300.00. When I attempted to withdraw $1,230.00, they deducted $70.00 for a bonus I received from free spins, which I still don't understand. I was told that my withdrawal was approved, but when I called on January 5th, they informed me that I would only receive $150.00 because it was considered bonus money. This was supposedly from rewards I earned, which makes no sense. Two weeks ago, I was assured my withdrawal was approved, but now I'm facing this issue. I will never deposit here again. My brother also deposited money and withdrew the same day as I did, but he is also being given the runaround and hasn't received anything. I caution everyone against depositing here; the chances of not receiving your money are high, and the customer service is unhelpful and forgetful.
