Cheaper shipping options: They provide decent shipping prices like sea/air freight which is one of the best in market.5. Tracking: Once your package arrives to warehouse, you gets notified via email and they gets immediately updated into your account.6. Good packaging: I ordered multiple times, packaging is perfect. There also provide options for extra bubble wrap incase of fragile items. They use good quality cartons. There is not even a single dent/scratch on my product received till date.7. 45 days of free warehouse storage8. Transparency in entire billing. They provide detailed breakup of package receiving fee, consolidation fee, processing charges, shipping charges.Things to improve:---------------------1. Minor bug in their website: Apart from charging shipping charges, they also register standing instructions of 256 JPY whenever we pay for shipping charges. Although we don't get charged anything like 256 JPY, standing instruction gets registered, and some international cards decline due to that. We need to manually remove that standing instructions. But that is 5 mins work, and that may not be deal breaker.If they fix that issue in their payment portal, that would be great.
