We decided it was time to create our Will and take advantage of the Will Aid scheme. After contacting them, we were directed to a participating solicitor. Initial contact was positive, but when we arrived for our appointment, the receptionist questioned us and then communicated that the representative was too busy to meet with us, offering no apology. We had both taken time off for this meeting, and there was no communication about cancellations or alternatives. A very disappointing experience.
