First of all, the customer service is top-notch. They have sent me the wrong product, which is the Aero Bag instead of the Zephyr Bag. After contacting customer service, they responded promptly, gave me a return shipping label, and sent me the Zephyr bag. I love the design of the bag because it can accommodate your belongings properly due as everything has a space for it. It's a great product for at least 3 - 4 days of a weekend getaway, also for daily use as well. I have looked at other options on Amazon, but the Zephyr bag suits my needs perfectly without going too big for a backpack. I highly recommend this product. 100% buy.
