I have been using Black Wolf's body wash for a few years now. Their product is amazing. However, the reason for the poor review is because they can't seem to get their shipping info correct. I moved in May of 2021. Every month since then, they continue to mail my subscription to my old address, despite changing it on their website EVERY time, and asking them to change it on their end so that this will stop happening. Normally, they just apologize and send me my body wash to my new address and tell me that this won't happen again. A month later, it happens again. I have changed my address in their system at least 10 times. Yet every time I login to my account, my OLD address is still listed and has it selected as the default address. This month when it happened, I went in and saw that my old address was listed TWICE and my new address was completely absent. When I contacted them about this happening AGAIN, they asked me to go to my old address and ask the person who lives there now if I could have my package. Literally. That was their fix. When I emailed them back, they went silent and have yet to get back to me. It has been over six days now. Still waiting... I also wrote them on their "Contact Us" email address, and still haven't heard back from them on that email chain either.
