Extremely disappointedI made an order on 15/11/2024I had seen all the hype, loved the style and designs so decided to make a purchaseI received an email on the 22nd of November stating my order had been delayed due to shipping issues with products and I would receive it by the following Friday being the 29thThey offered me a 15% off discount code during this communication which is fair enough.Since contact on 22/11/24. I have received nothing further. My item hasn’t been dispatched, and nothing has been explained to meI have made contact with the company twice through their ‘contact us’ page and have had no response to 2 different communications nowI appreciate Black Friday may be a busy period for the company, however, I made this purchase 2 weeks before Black Friday and paid full price for this itemI am currently in the process of speaking to my bank to get money refunded and transaction blocked as if anything I have been scammed out of my money and received no productI hope no one else experiences this with this company. A shame as the products do look very appealingWouldn’t recommend personally from my experience
