I placed an order three years ago and have only received one response after multiple emails asking for updates or tracking information. That response was an apology for unspecified production issues. Since then, I've had no communication. They shut down their social media, but now they're active again, which makes me wonder why they can't fulfill my order. Please don’t advise me to contact you; I’ve done that multiple times.
