Scam, i never received my order even after 1,5 month.Also contacted the support, they told me it takes around 1-2 weeks till its shipped.That has been 4 weeks ago.Actually wanted to use them as blanks for my brand. Gotten lucky i havent ordered in bulk. My advice: stay away from blanks.it!!!Added: thanks for the answer, like u stated in the email, the products are produced on demand. So tell me, how do the winter clothes take longer if its an “on demand” production?15 business days equals 1.5 month time??? Clearly not.Its funny how u dont even try to get things right or offer a refund or anything else. Nah, all u do is complain that u gotten a bad review.And no, 80% of your customers might be happy and the other 20% dont receive their order? I definitely dont call that a professional brand, i call this scam.And btw a response time of 5 business days on an email isnt a direct answer. Lots of other reviews even stated that there was no response at all for other people. Can u explain that to me? Im waiting for a refund on this one now, if i wont receive a refund i will gladly forward this to our legal department.A seperat email containing this will be following soon.
