Original: one star: It started great - good pricing, great shipping times, and helpful customer service BUT then our credit card statement showed a $2,000 EXTRA charge that was NOT authorized. I have a printout of the authorized invoice, and wrote to customer service, where I was given ChatGPT answers, and blame was placed on our company for a glitch in their system. Rather than rectifying the issue, they continued to blame. Now instead of gaining thousands in business, they have lost us as a customer. I would warn everyone to check their invoice and credit card statements VERY carefully. EDIT - revised to a 4-star: After the review was posted, the Operations Manager reached out and offered a refund to help bring our purchase back within our budget, but not to match the printed invoice. He was professional and understanding, and expressed a genuine willingness to work with us one-on-one moving forward to ensure a smoother experience in the future.
