BLUF: If you're looking for pure garbage, both the product and the service, Blasters4Masters is for you. My wife purchased the Smokey Ace v2 (Order Number 1134) for me for fathers day, it arrived about 3 1/2 months later (well after fathers day and the original estimated ship time) and wouldn't work. The Item: The lighting turned on, but the diffuser part doesn't work, it just makes a high-pitched squeal. The base plate where any moisture can drop into a small recess in the base doesn't fit. The overall product looks unfinished. The rear stand is loose. One of the magnets that form the electrical contacts in the grip of the gun comes out. Overall it looks like a two-year-old assembled this with nicks and poor resolution on the 3D printing.The Service: The day we received this non-functioning item, I emailed Blasters4Masters and they assured my wife and me that we would be able to exchange this. I sent them a video of the non-working product. A couple of follow up emails later, followed by weeks-long delays in responses from Blasters4Masters, they send out an email saying sure, they will exchange the item, but we have to pay international shipping ($65 for the slowest service on top of the $300 for the poorly made product that was originally paid) to return the item and get an exchange. I realize it is a small business, but really bad customer service is not going to help them expand, it's just going to lead to bad reviews and fewer customers. Never underestimate the power of word of mouth advertising, both advocation, and detraction.Update: Blasters4Masters did send a replacement at their cost. My rating hasn't changed and here is why. The replacement leaks. 3/4 of the water and essential oil I put in, leaks out. I'm done with this company.
