I used 12 pods for my Physical Therapy practice and out of the 12 within 2 years 1/2 of them now have lost a pin and unable to charge. The product is flawed. The customer service is great got back to me fast and their solution was to replace them with refurbished at my own cost which is only a $20.00 savings so prefer to buy new. I would say they have about 1.5 years life span, my home personal use I never used much at all and just broke 2 pins from two pods. I can't be the only one with this issue that actually uses weekly. I will be going to unfortunelty pay more for their competitors. Need them to last.
