I'm a former 13-year professional goaltender in hockey. I retired in 2006 and continue to teach goalies and players of all ages in South Florida. I've used these blaze pods for my private lessons and my students love them. Also it attracts other players and goalies. They are definitely beneficial I've made up nine programs for on Ice training.
