On February 10, 2026, I received an official email from their support team explicitly instructing me to withdraw my entire balance. However, the system is manually blocking the withdrawal function with a 'Contact Support' error.This is a clear case of bad faith. They provide written approval for a withdrawal but technically prevent the user from accessing their funds. As a customer of nsave bank, I have already documented this contradiction and shared the timestamped email and screenshots with my bank’s compliance department to initiate a formal dispute/chargeback for all previous deposits.I have all the legal documents and screenshots showing the account is restricted despite their own instructions.
