False advertising regarding shipping. I decided to order from the brand's own website versus asos this time, and paid a premium fee for express postage (which is clearly stated on the bleach london website to be "delivery within 48 hours". I ordered on a Wednesday and am being told that my items will not arrive for another 6 days... Completely useless, I needed my order for a specific date which is why I ordered it a week in advance and paid extra postage fees. Will never be buying from this company in the future.
