Deserves negative stars! Horrible horrible product! The color shampoo deposited ZERO color, and it left me with chemical burns that required medical treatment. 4 hours after washing it out my scalp was still on fire, after a day, the burning sensation is down to my cheeks. Their website is awful and what customer service I could find blamed me, and they only really wanted to know my “hair goals”. My goal was to not be harmed by this product, and I don’t want any of their crap near me again! This product is beyond horrible. Don’t waste your money. Save injury and just don’t use it.
