Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order for 2 items supposedly in stock and am still waiting - more than a month later, and having contacted them 4-5 times to find out what’s going on. Customer services have promised several times that the ‘order is in the post’ but it is clear from the tracking info (or lack thereof) that they are lying. Their latest excuse (there have been lots) is that it is RM’s fault, but this I fear is yet another lie. Don’t trust or use this company!
