There was absolutely no communication regarding the delivery. I ordered four mystery boxes for my boys for Christmas, intending for them to have two each. However, they arrived in two damaged boxes, forcing me to open and rewrap them, which completely undermined the idea of mystery boxes. One box was supposed to include a 6 Nations replica jersey but instead contained just a t-shirt. The other items could have been bought for much less elsewhere. This was not what I anticipated at all. Due to the late delivery right before Christmas, I was unable to return them. I have emailed multiple times but have not received a single response since December 20th, and my attempts to reach out via social media have also gone unanswered. Very disappointing product.
