I purchased a necklace around 2-3 months ago for nearly $1700, which is a significant amount, and it has tarnished and faded already. I don’t swim or shower with it. When I contacted the support team with pictures, they blamed me for not taking care of it! I have all the emails as evidence. They claim it's triple coated, but it certainly isn't! They even remarked that if I can't afford real gold, I shouldn't complain about gold plating. This feels like a scam. I enjoy gold plating, but these sellers seem dishonest. I suggest finding alternatives for your purchases!
