Bought a moissanite chain and bracelet from Bling Proud. cost over 1400.Red flag number 1- I checked tracking, and it was coming from China.package did come rather fast for coming from China, got them and I was completely disappointed, very thin and the moissanite was dull looking. then on further inspection, the individual links are not even soldered, they have open gaps, some bigger some smaller and some are soldered. horrendous. This is standard manufacturing practice across the jewelry industry and allows for easier assembly of the chain. If a customer specifically requests welded links, we can certainly accommodate that and create a custom piece. However, unless such a request is made, our Cuban chains—and those of most jewelers—will not have welded links, as this is considered normal in the production process. This is not correct Cuban links are supposed to be soldered, all links soldered. Bling proud has a YouTube page and they have a video of how they make Cuban link chains, the thumbnail of the video is a pic of them welding an individual link in the chain and in the video they weld an individual link in the chainThey are making me pay for return shipping and charging me 25percent restocking fee. The return zipcode on the return address they gave me is wrong according to the guy at Fed Ex, so i used the zip code that they used when they shipped it to me, return address is different from the address they shipped it from, same city though. From my experience so far an being lied to they probaby gave me the wrong return address on purpose. fed ex has them now so too late on thatI had to pay fed ex $175 for return shippingthese people are not honest and you cant trust what they say, the pics i sent them are of the necklace, not the bracelet, but they both have links that are not welded
