I bought a necklace about 2-3 months ago for nearly $1700, which is quite expensive, and it has already tarnished and faded. I don’t swim or shower while wearing it. When I reached out to the support team with photos, they responded that it’s my fault for not taking care of it! I have all the emails to prove it. They claim it's triple coated, but it clearly isn’t! They even suggested that if I can't afford real gold, I shouldn't complain about gold plating. This feels like a scam. I appreciate gold plating, but I believe these sellers are misleading. I recommend looking elsewhere for your purchases!
