Initially just like others even I thought that this is a fraud website as I had placed the order and did not receive any communication from the team for a month. After mailing them multiple times I received an apology mail almost after a month for the delay and also they said that they have some internal issues going on which they are looking into. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. However, to their credit, they did eventually refund the money.
