To continue with my complaint about Bling Queen and its sister concern Craze .in both are under Glocom Tech and Glocom Imports based in Perumbakkam,Chennai.Calls are not answered. And after repeated reminders, false reassurance about customs delay..They then assert that it is in transit but total silence about a Tracking No.I sent 2 reminders about a refund but reply was they are unable to intercept a parcel in transit. What has that got to do with refund?. So now I suggest we all do the following. Register our grievance on the National consumer helpline or call 1915And on cybercrime website..and edaakhil website..the district consumer forum.With proof and screenshot of payments.
