I ordered Realme earphones from Blinkit and the product I received was absolutely NOT original. The quality was terrible and it was very clear that the item was fake.I tried contacting customer service multiple times, and after a lot of struggle, one associate finally called me, only to argue with me instead of helping. They did not resolve my issue and actually told me to go contact Realme directly, which makes no sense because I purchased the product from Blinkit, not from Realme.This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Fake products + rude support = horrible experience.I will never order electronics from Blinkit again.
