I’m extremely disappointed with how Blinkit handled my recent issue. I received the wrong order, and instead of resolving the matter professionally, your support team accused me of lying (“jhoot”). This is completely unacceptable and insulting.As a regular customer, I expect better treatment. Mistakes can happen, but blaming the customer without proper investigation is unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how Blinkit treats its users, I will seriously reconsider using your service again.Please train your support team to handle complaints with courtesy and trust. An apology is the least I expect.
