I ordered a high-value massager (₹6,000) from Blink and unfortunately, it caused significant discomfort after use. I reached out to their chat support multiple times over several days, but there has been no response whatsoever.This isn’t the first time I’ve shopped with them — I’ve even returned a different product earlier without issues — but this time the lack of customer service is unacceptable. For a brand selling premium-priced wellness products, I expected a minimum level of support and responsiveness.I’m still waiting for a resolution, but the experience has been extremely disappointing so far. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously
