I am a regular Blinkit customer and place orders almost every alternate day. Today, the delivery executive refused to deliver my order and falsely marked it as “wrong location” after claiming his vehicle had broken down. I selected my saved address exactly as I always do, and this has never been an issue earlier. Despite this, the order was cancelled solely based on the delivery executive’s false update, and I was unfairly charged a ₹20 penalty. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer. I expect an immediate refund of the penalty and a thorough review of this incident
