This program is different to anything else I've found because it's based on an education into how our bodies operate now. My journey was not changing what I ate so much as when and how much I should eat. In my case, I was not eating enough! Being able to activate my metabolism through better eating habits and movement meant I lost 14kg over 6 months. Weight loss aside, to finally be rid of the nausea, bloating and general discomfort made this even more valuable to me.
The education provided through your personal coach & the online BBU tools means this is completely sustainable once you have completed your program. I don't see myself going back to where I was before. I now know and understand what to do to keep healthy and happy 😊
