I placed an order with Blissbury Jewelry on 12/27|25 and never received it. After requesting an update, I was informed on 1/4/26 that there were unexpected operational delays but that the issue had been resolved and my order would ship with a tracking number.Unfortunately, no tracking number was ever provided and my order never arrived. I have emailed the company multiple times over several weeks requesting an update and ultimately a refund, but l have received no response.This experience has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of follow-through and customer support. Until outstanding orders are fulfilled or refunds are issued, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
