I ordered the February box Endro Aging 10.2 and the tracking code was generated, after that the whole box has not moved anywhere. I have been in contact with customer service and received the most bizarre explanations. I have also been in contact with my own country's post office and customs and found out that the box still hasn't even left from France to Finland on 3.3.
My money was taken and I don't receive any customer service and they have already charged for the March box, and I haven't received its shipping code in the email. I live in an EU country and it's been over 3 weeks now and the box isn't even on its way. Absolutely terrible activity, a scam and next I'm in contact with the police, the EU obliges you to follow the laws of commerce. That means my money is gone and I don't get the products. Shocking and I'm angry. Avoid this company.

J'ai commandé la box Endro Aging 10.2 de février et le numéro de suivi a été généré. Depuis, le colis n'a pas bougé. J'ai contacté le service client, mais les explications étaient plus qu'incohérentes. J'ai également contacté la poste et les douanes de mon pays et j'ai appris que le colis n'avait toujours pas quitté la France pour la Finlande le 3 mars. Mon argent a été débité, je n'ai reçu aucun service client et ils ont déjà facturé la box de mars, sans que j'aie reçu le numéro de suivi par e-mail. Je vis dans un pays de l'UE et cela fait plus de trois semaines que j'attends mon colis. C'est inadmissible, une véritable arnaque ! Je vais porter plainte, car l'UE vous oblige à respecter la législation commerciale. Résultat : mon argent est perdu et je ne reçois pas mes produits. C'est scandaleux et je suis furieux. Fuyez cette entreprise !
