I wont even give them one star. I order on the 13th. Its says 2 to 3 business days countless emailes asking for refund. They are not in the states comes from China. I reached out to them several times calling with no answer but a machine. I emailed and asked how long will this take to process they said shipping would get back to me after 4 days of hearing nothing!!!! Then I wrote them i heard at 2.30am on a email stating shipping would let me know 24 to 48 hours later. Never heard anything. Email them the next day asked for refund I was emailed again told shipping would get back to me another 24 to 48 hours. Never heard a word. Next day I get its been shipped at 2.34am on the 21st. On the 19 I had asked for a refund. Then after that email I get one that says sorry your product has been shipped can not refund your money. I am beyond pissed. I have disputed the charges. Still its the 23rd and no product.
