Ordered license for Windows 8.1 (home). arrived in minutes via email.Activation failed (twice) - sent email within minutes with screen grab of activation screen fail, & system spec from winver.Blitz said screen grabs too small (obviously don't know how to use scroll on mouse to zoom in). Edit 3: Refunded by Paypal after 14 days!!As so often these days, support is dire, their support claim is far from the truth.Edit 4 - 6 months later Blitzhandel tried to get this review deleted - fortunately I kapt the original receipt, and the screenshpt of the activation fail.If they spent more time giving proper suport, rather than spending tiome trying to get reviews removed they could get a better response.
