I ordered this product in November, and even after several months, I still have not received it. The order has been stuck in transit for a very long time, and I have no idea what is happening. I contacted the company’s support team multiple times, but received no response at all. This feels like a serious fraud: I paid my money, yet they are neither delivering the product nor issuing a refund.This experience is extremely disappointing and concerning. I strongly advise others not to buy this product or rely on its delivery from this company.
