Ordered October 19, we are December 6 and I have never received the order. Multiple back and forth emails with this Company with pity excuses about why the product has not been received yet, and they dare tell me that because they are a small company they can’t afford refunding before the product is received. This is a total scam and I strongly discourage to buy anything from them
