SCAM - Did not receive item and no customer support to do a refund!! Ordered on Oct 9th. 20 days after purchase, they emailed about a delay at customs and specifically instructed me to respond that I wanted a 10% refund and coupon. I have YET to receive a response to start an actual refund after emailing them multiple times. Although their website has ONLY positive reviews, I feel that they are fake and that they are deleting real reviews as many people have posted about being scammed by them. Lastly, the tracking number provided wanted me to “download” something. When manually searching it, it said it was in China and now says “not found”. Have reported them to BBB and ReportFraud.
